Recruitment Examination – Official Instructions

Read the following instructions carefully before you begin your examination:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT):

    • This examination will be conducted using a computer. Each candidate is assigned a seat and login details.

    • Each question carries equal marks.

    • Read each question carefully before selecting your answer.

    • Click the option you believe is correct; it will be highlighted.

    • You may navigate between questions using the “Next” and “Previous” buttons or jump to any question number.

  4. Review and Submission:

    • You may change an answer before you click “Submit” or before the time expires.

    • When you have finished, click the “Submit” button; the system will ask you to confirm.

    • If you do not click “Submit,” the system will automatically save your answers at the end of the time.

  5. Prohibited Conduct:

    • Mobile phones, calculators, papers or any unauthorized material are not allowed.

    • Any form of examination malpractice will lead to disqualification.

    • Do not attempt to talk to, or copy from, another candidate during the test.

  6. Technical Assistance:

    • If you experience any technical problem, raise your hand and wait for an invigilator. Do not attempt to fix the computer yourself.

  7. Confidentiality:

    • All questions are the property of the Benue State Civil Service Commission.

    • You are not allowed to copy or reproduce any question.

  8. Results:

  • Scores will be processed automatically and forwarded to the Commission.

  • Do not request for your result from invigilators.
